FEG is hiring a Payroll & Accountant to support payroll processing, accounting activities, and financial administration for the company.
You will manage monthly payroll, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing and accounting operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing monthly payroll and ensuring accurate salary calculations
- Managing employee payroll data, deductions, allowances, and overtime
- Handling payroll-related requirements through GOSI and Mudad, including WPS
- Preparing and maintaining accounting records, invoices, and financial documents
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities
- Reconciling bank transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing payroll and accounting reports for management
- Coordinating with HR and other departments regarding employee and payroll matters
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable Saudi regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Payroll or Accounting.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Familiarity with GOSI and Mudad platforms, including payroll processing and WPS requirements, is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
