Methods & Techniques

01
Bi-Directional Load Test
Innovative pile testing method using a hydraulic jack installed within the pile to apply upward and downward forces simultaneously. BDS accurately determines shaft friction, end bearing, and overall pile performance.

02
Caliper Logging
Caliper logging is a borehole inspection method that records the diameter and shape of a drilled pile before concreting to ensure it meets the specified dimensions.

03
High Strain Dynamic Test
Test performed by applying impact loads on piles and measuring the pile’s response to estimate bearing capacity and integrity. DLT provides rapid and reliable data for pile performance assessment.

04
Crosshole Sonic Logging
Advanced ultrasonic testing technique using transmitters and receivers in access tubes to evaluate concrete quality and uniformity. It identifies defects such as voids, honeycombing, and weak zones in deep foundations.

05
Static Load Test
Direct load application on test piles to measure load–settlement behavior and determine ultimate bearing capacity. SLT is the most reliable method for verifying pile design performance.

06
Pile Integrity Test
Non-destructive testing method using stress wave propagation to evaluate pile length, continuity, and structural soundness. It efficiently detects cracks, voids, and other defects in foundation piles.

07
Bridge Load Test
Evaluation of bridge performance under controlled static or dynamic loads to assess deflection, strain, and load-carrying capacity. It ensures structural safety and serviceability compliance.

08
Vibration & Temperature Monitoring
Continuous instrumentation using sensors and data loggers to monitor structural vibrations, stress, and temperature variations. This helps in assessing fatigue, thermal effects, and long-term stability.
