Scope of work
FEG completed low-strain integrity testing immediately after driving to provide early assurance before superstructure works. Tests were performed with hammer impact and accelerometer capture analysed in the frequency domain.
Scope of work included:
Test scheduling coordinated with piling rig production sequence.
Low-strain acquisition with calibrated hammer and sensor at pile head.
Signal processing for mobility and impedance variations along the shaft.
Re-test and correlation with driving records for anomalous responses.
Integrity register delivered to client with pass/fail classification per pile.
