Scope of work
Sensors were installed along the reinforcement cage prior to concreting. FEG monitored real-time temperature profiles during hydration and issued preliminary screening alerts to the construction team before final interpretation.
Scope of work included:
Sensor layout design and attachment to cage with protected cable routing.
Real-time data capture during pour and initial curing window.
Screening for abnormal cooling rates indicative of defects or segregation.
Post-cure analysis with 2D/3D thermal models of each shaft.
Integrity summary with recommended actions for any flagged piles.
